Hi, I'm Sean Anderson. I'm an engineer, and I build hardware.
I've worked on many aspects of designing and bringing to market optical products, from concept to prototype, validation, qualification, and manufacturing.
Some products I've worked on have generated several billion dollars in revenue. Others haven't... yet.
I'm interested in innovation and incentives; the structure of engineering organizations and how engineering actually gets done; and in how new technologies are developed, get through the barriers of risk and hype, and ultimately make their way to market.
